Session IPA

A classic, sessionable IPA, dry hopped to lend a distinctive citrusy Cascade hop flavour and aroma.

Session IPA

Beer story

The original IPAs were born in England where hops worked as natural preservatives for voyages to India. Today, the hops remain, but most importantly for the flavours they impart. Here’s a golden amber with a citrusy bouquet and a mild hop bite.

Hoppy beer fans will always be looking for new, big flavours, but what I love about this recipe is the approachability. You get the beautiful flavours and the aromas of Yakima Valley Cascade and British Fuggle hops, while avoiding the sharpness of some hoppier brews.
