As a Brand Ambassador for Big Rock, your mission is to spread the love for our handcrafted products far and wide. Picture yourself as the life of the party, chatting up folks, and turning them into die-hard Big Rock fans!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have a love of craft beer and a desire to learn more about it
• Bartend and provide retail service during Taproom hours of operation
• Restock and change kegs as required
• Daily cleaning of taproom and common areas
• Master the art of event setup, execution, and teardown like a pro – because every festival needs a touch of Big Rock magic!
• Support event coordination and work taproom events & work outside events (beer festivals, promos) as needed
• Spread the love for Big Rock far and wide by creating moments that customers will remember long after their glasses are empty
• Dive into the fascinating world of brewing, engaging curious minds with tales of hops, barley, and the magic that creates our brews
• Showcase the best of Big Rock with enthusiasm and charm, because selling is just the cherry on top of the fun-filled sundae!
• And of course, be ready to tackle any other exciting tasks that come your way in the Big Rock universe!

Qualifications

• You've gotta be 19 or older to join the party!
• Make sure you've got your SmartServe certification or be ready to get it before diving into the action!
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great customer relations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Have at least a small amount of cash handling skills
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• A strong team work ethic and mentality
• Bring your A-game when it comes to handling any situation or personality that comes your way
