Big Rock Brewery Inc. Announces Resignation of Board Chair, John Hartley

Oct 20, 2017 — Calgary, Alberta — Big Rock Brewery Inc. (TSX: BR) (“Big Rock” or “the Corporation”) today announced Board Chair, John Hartley has resigned from his position, effective immediately due to personal reasons.

“I am grateful for having had the opportunity to serve on the board for the past nine years and I offer my best wishes for Big Rock’s continued success,” says Mr. Hartley.

“On behalf of the Board and management of Big Rock Brewery I would like to thank Mr. Hartley for his dedication and many years of leadership and commitment. We have been the benefactor of John’s passion for this company and craft beer,” says Kathleen McNally-Leitch, Vice Chair of the Board.

Mr. Hartley was named Chair in 2014. Prior to that appointment he served as Director of the Corporation.
