With growing global concerns around COVID-19 (or “coronavirus”), Big Rock wanted to provide an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward. To avoid the abundance of misinformation, our decisions will be made in accordance with health care officials and government bodies to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

The health, safety, and well-being of our employees, consumers, and partners is Big Rock’s top priority and we will continue to follow the recommendations of governing bodies as they evolve at this important time. We continue to monitor developments very closely and commit to updating you in a timely manner.

Cleanliness and quality have always been a priority for Big Rock, and we have used this as an opportunity to reassess the stringent policies and procedures that we maintain. Big Rock maintains it’s British Retail Consortium certification and undergoes annual audits allowing us to deliver on the highest quality achievable.
