Introducing a Kriek that is wild at heart in the Lambic tradition, and tamed by the sweetness of cherries and Belgian sugar.
This is the most exciting project of my brewing career. We've maintained a lot of the Belgian brewing traditions for this full on kriek. I'm so proud of this beer. You can never re-create what has been done in Belgium over a couple hundred years, but you can try.
