Calgary, Alberta — Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Big Rock Brewery (TSX: BR) has launched a brand-new Rosé Cider as the latest addition to their Rock Creek Cider family.  Inspired by rosé winemakers, this pink-hued premium dry cider is handcrafted with fresh pressed apples sourced entirely from the Okanagan region as the number one ingredient. Like all our Rock Creek Ciders, it’s naturally gluten-free.

“I’m excited for our Rock Creek Cider fans to try this new recipe,” says Brewmaster Paul Gautreau. “The taste is crisp and clean, with apple, strawberry, floral notes, and a nice effervescence.”

Key Ingredients: English-style cider apples: Bulmer’s Norman, Belle de Boskoop and Bramley, champagne yeast, natural rosé wine flavour, cinnamon, vanilla, and ginger.

ABV: 5.4%

Character: Refreshing Champagne bubbles produce a crisp and clean mouthfeel, while the flavour is more dry than sweet with fruity and floral notes.
