ABOUT FRAMBOISE:

Belgian inspiration and spontaneous fermentation define Under the Table limited small batch beers – starting with our Kriek release in 2018, the Framboise is the second beer to come out of this program. Hand crafted from start to finish, including hand labelling and numbering, these are extremely rare and special beers.

Framboise is a lambic style specialty that blends raspberries with a remarkable base beer born of our custom built Koelschip and aged in wine barrels. This arduous process takes time but creates complexity you can curl up under: sour and sweet; fresh and fermented; tangy and pleasing.

Tasting notes: Raspberry elevates wild yeast funk and the sour power propels this lambic style freight train right through your skull. Its ruby red colour and raspberry nose will please all your senses.

We didn’t make much, so between us, let’s keep it Under the Table.
