A light touch of hops gives the brew a crisp finish, balancing its soft sweetness and texture with fruity or citrusy notes.
1 450g log of fresh mozzarella, cut into 10 slices
10 slices of prosciutto
1 700ml jar of tomato sauce
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Wrap each slice of mozzarella with a single slice of prosciutto. Place the wrapped the mozzarella slices in a single layer in a 9x13in dish. Cover everything in tomato sauce and place the dish in the oven.
Bake for 20 mins or until the mozzarella is mostly melted.
Serve 2-3 per person for 3-4 people.
